Return & Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal 

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Conditions for return

We accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.

If you have opened the product to inspect it, you may still request a return within the 14-day window. However, please note that skincare products are subject to hygiene protections under EU law. If the product has been used beyond simple inspection, we reserve the right to decline the return or issue a partial refund reflecting any reduction in value.

By using the Marine Glow Brightening Serum, you acknowledge that the product may no longer be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Faulty or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.
